Pulse Terms of Use

Welcome to Pulse. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Pulse application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
1. Beta Product Notice
Pulse is currently offered as a beta product under active development. Features, functionality, and system behavior may change without notice.
Because the service is in beta, interruptions, errors, or data resets may occur. While we strive to maintain system stability and preserve user data, Pulse makes no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or persistence of data during the beta phase.
Use of the service during beta is at your own discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pulse.
By using the service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your name and email address.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly.
4. Ownership of the Service
Pulse and all associated technology, software, systems, designs, features, and content are the exclusive property of Pulse and its creators.
Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any portion of the platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying functionality of the service.
5. Confidential Beta Access
During the beta period, the Pulse product and its functionality are considered confidential.
Users agree not to publicly share screenshots, recordings, product details, or technical information about the platform without permission.
This restriction helps protect the product while it is under development.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pulse to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Misuse the system for scraping, automation abuse, or reverse engineering
Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within Pulse, including recordings, notes, and entries.
By using the service, you grant Pulse permission to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Pulse does not claim ownership of your personal entries.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
This includes but is not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
Pulse may update the service or these Terms at any time.
If material changes occur, updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
